Användningsrätt bilder
Du som skickar in bilder till oss ansvarar för att ett godkännande finns från bildernas upphovsman till att fri obegränsad användningrätt tillges Twin Club MC Norrtelje, i vår egen marknadsföring på internet och i andra media. Bilder kommer ej spridas vidare till tredje part.
Personer i bild
Du som skickar in bilder ansvarar för att sådant tillstånd finns som enligt gällande lagstiftning kan krävas när personbild används, vid kommersiell reklam respektive på internet och i andra media.
Upphovsrätt
Twin Club MC Norrtelje äger endast rätt att bearbeta bilderna för att möjliggöra användningen av bilderna enligt avtalet. Bilderna får inte bearbetas på ett sätt att bilderna förvanskas eller kränks. Twin Club MC Norrtelje förbinder sig att namnge fotografen i samband med användningen där så är möjligt.
Ersättning
Ingen ersättning utbetalas av Twin Club MC Norrtelje till fotograf eller avbildade personer på bilder i samband med inskickande eller användning av bilder.
GDPR
Lämnade uppgifter om mc, ägare och ort publiceras. De kontaktuppgifter du lämnar (så vi kan nå dig) publiceras inte.
USER AGREEMENT
Use rights pictures
You who submit pictures to us are responsible for obtaining approval from the creator of the images to grant free unlimited use rights to Twin Club MC Norrtelje, in our own marketing on the internet and in other media. Images will not be disseminated to third parties.
People in picture
You who submit pictures are responsible for ensuring that such permits exist which according to current legislation may be required when using personal images, in commercial advertising and on the internet and in other media.
Copyright
Twin Club MC Norrtelje is only entitled to process the images to enable the use of the images in accordance with the agreement. The images must not be processed in a way that the images are distorted or violated. Twin Club MC Norrtelje undertakes to name the photographer in connection with its use where possible.
Compensation
No compensation is paid by Twin Club MC Norrtelje to a photographer or depicted persons on pictures in connection with sending or using pictures.
GDPR
Submitted information about motorcycle, owner and city is published. The contact details you provide (so we can reach you) are not published.
